Binge a drinking girl you should know your alcohol limits. According to new research’s, alcohol can harm the brains of teenage girls as compare to the teenage boys. Regular alcohol intake by teenage girls may increase the chances of breast diseases and perhaps the breast cancer.


There could be several reasons behind the damage of girls' brain as well as breast diseases because of drinking habits. Some of the reasons could be:


Girls have slower metabolic rate


Usually they have higher body-fat ratio


Girls have hormonal differences from boys


Over consumption of alcohol can destroy you. It may cause of:


Weight gain


Sexual attack or other stabbings


Hangover


Vomiting


Dry Mouth


Other health problems


Losing control on behavior


Driving under the influence of alcohol can be injurious


Drinking alcohol in teenage is a legal issue. If you are under 21 then drinking alcohol is prohibited. Binge drinking in teenage is not good for your body and can have a long lasting negative effect on your health. Alcohol is the reason to lose your self-consciousness. It can lead to illegal behavior and unsafe sex.


So, all this might be reason enough to keep your drinking habits under control.


Today drinking alcohol is the part of college culture and if you are going to drink, you need to take safety precautions.
